We understand that appointments are sometimes missed due to unforeseeable circumstances so we usually don’t charge a missed appointment fee , however if appointments are repeatedly missed we may charge from £5 particularly if the appointment was for 2 or more dogs/cats.

You can find us in Old wood South just off woodbank which is near the
plough public house, as you drive down Woodbank and take the right fork at the end, we are just on the right, look for our sign on the tree.
