Our home boarders come home with us at night after a day of daycare where they are can feel at home with staff and other dogs that they have bonded with. We do not take boarders that are not known to us so all dogs must first pass an assessment then attend at least 3 daycare sessions so that they can get to know us and be used to time away from their owners , we feel this is essential to ensure they settle well and relieves anxiety for both dog and owner. We also request that you book an overnight trial for any stay longer than 3 nights, this is to ensure that they sleep and eat well with us which is essential especially for longer stays.
Home Boarding
When you go away, we know it can be difficult to find the right care for your dog. You’ll want to make sure your pooch is in safe hands, as well as in a loving, secure and welcoming environment.
At A Groom With A View, we are a team of people who are passionate about dogs. We’ve created an exceptional and nurturing space that your beloved pet is bound to love.
All dogs that stay and play with us must be fully vaccinated. This needs to include the kennel cough vaccine, and this is often not included in normal boosters. All dogs must also be fully assessed in our daycare setting. During the boarding period dogs will attend daycare during 7:30-5:30 so we have to ensure they are fully comfortable in that environment.
Dogs that are boarding for a period longer than 2 nights will be asked to book a nights trial. As they board in our homes it is vital we create and maintain a solid bond and relationship; we want them to have a great time with lots of fun whilst feeling settled and safe.

Caring and experienced staff
All our staff are highly experienced dog handlers and are absolutely passionate about our four-legged friends. We think our staff are pretty special and we take great care to pick people who are talented at creating long-lasting bonds with all dogs that come to stay with us.
While with us, your dog will enjoy daily walks and plenty of one to one attention. He or she will be bound to make lots of new friends – human and dog alike – and will be stimulated with regular exercise and games. And if your dog just wants a little “me time”, there are plenty of quiet corners to relax in.
Competitive prices
Although we offer very competitive boarding costs, we don’t compromise on quality. We’re sure you’ll be impressed with our beautiful home, and even more impressed by our accessible prices. A full day and night costs £47. We also offer a second dog discount £42. For added convenience, we can also collect and drop off your dog from a rang of locations within the local area, £12 each way 3 miles and under, £15 for over 3 miles we will come up to a 10 mile radius, leave the driving to us!

£43 for second and additional dogs per 24 hours of care
Monday-Friday; collection 9.30 -10:30am has no additional charge or from 10:30am-17:30pm an addition of £30
Saturday; collection between 10am-11am no additional charge, between 11am-4pm an additional £20.
Bank holidays collection 12 pm only unless agreed otherwise
