Thank you for your honesty. Because we operate a social Home Boarding environment rather than a traditional kennel, we physically cannot accept dogs that haven't passed our safety assessment and settling-in process.

Why we can't proceed: Our insurance and licensing require all dogs to be assessed and familiarised with the home before staying overnight. This ensures the safety and happiness of the dogs already in our care.

Recommendation: If you need a booking urgently and cannot complete the trial steps, we recommend contacting a traditional kennel facility, as they often have different protocols that allow for immediate stays.
