I understand that any additional fees in regards to my dogs grooming service including but not limited to; matting, additional groomer, or temperament charge will be an additional cost at the time of collection and is not included within the monthly payment plan. This is also at the groomer’s discretion.

I agree that if I wish to terminate or amend this contract I will give a notice amount of the length of my contract: monthly/6/8/10/12 weekly.

If your dog is matted you may not achieve the look and groom you anticipated in this appointment- welfare is our main concern. As groomers we cannot be held responsible for not achieving the desired result on this occasion but will always give advice. Please have this in mind when finding image inspiration for your grooms.

I understand that the groomer will give advice on the length of time between grooms and has the right to reject any contracts where the time between grooms affects the dogs coat condition. The groomer also has the right to edit a contract length if the coat condition is continuously negatively affected.

Daycare

I agree that to withhold and carry over a daycare session requires at least 24 hours notice, or in exceptional circumstances and cancellations after this time may result in the daycare session being lost. In addition the withheld session must be used within 1 month of the cancellation.

I agree that to amend my daycare monthly membership hours I must give 1 months notice from the date of my next direct debit.

I agree that additional day care hours and sessions will also be charged separately upon collection at the “Pay as you Go” rate. These can be added at anytime and require no minimum notice to cancel/rearrange however we do ask that you let us know if you would like to cancel to allow space to free up for other customers.
